Every one of these had to pay for itself.

Websites, campaigns and growth work for businesses across India and the USA — trading desks, travel operators, clinics, tuition centres, real estate and D2C shops. Named, rather than described as "a leading brand in the sector", which is a deliberately higher bar than most agency sites set.

Roughly 38 of these involved paid media and roughly 33 involved building or rebuilding a site; a good number involved both. 20 of the 60 sit in Finance & Trading — the heaviest concentration by some distance, and the most useful thing on this page if your business is in a regulated category.

(02) — On evidence

Why there are no
percentages on this page.

Most agency portfolios lead with a number. Ours does not, and the reason is worth two minutes of your time, because it is the same reason you should be careful with everyone else's.

01
A figure we could publish would not be evidenceA result is only meaningful with a starting number, a time window, and an account of what else changed — a price cut, a season, a competitor going quiet, a new salesperson. Strip those away and "312% increase in leads" is a sentence, not a finding. We are not going to put sentences on a page and call them proof.
02
The numbers are not ours to publishCost per lead, conversion rate and return on spend are commercially sensitive, and in finance and trading — where most of this book sits — clients will not consent to seeing them on a public page, reasonably. Publishing them anyway, or anonymising them into "a leading broker", is how the industry ended up with case studies nobody believes.
03
What we offer instead is checkableThe 60 clients above are named, so you can look them up. Our pricing is published on every service page rather than hidden behind a form. Our Google Partner status sits in Google's own directory, linked from the footer of every page. None of that requires you to trust us.
04
And a reference beats a case studyAsk on the first call and we will introduce you to a current client in a category like yours, subject to their agreement. A fifteen-minute conversation with someone who pays us will tell you more than anything we could write here — including the parts we would not have chosen to mention.

The one number on this page we will stand behind is the count: 60 named businesses, 12 industries, two countries, and a filter bar you can use to check both.

(03) — What the work involves

The same grid,
six different jobs.

A portfolio card flattens everything into a name and a tag. What actually differs between these categories is worth reading if one of them is yours — because it is what a proposal should be built on, and what a generic one never is.

01
Finance and tradingNineteen of the 60 entries here, which makes it the category we know best and the one we are most often hired into. It is also the hardest: Google and Meta both treat financial services as a restricted category, advertiser verification is mandatory, and a single unsubstantiated return claim can suspend an account with no warning. The work is as much about what the ad cannot say as what it can — and about filtering for people who can actually be onboarded, because raw lead volume in this category is close to meaningless.
02
Health, wellness and AyurvedaPlatform policy decides the creative before the media plan does. Claims about treating or curing anything are off the table, before-and-after imagery is restricted, and ASCI now requires certified qualifications for health-related influencer content. Most of the remediation we do here is rewriting landing pages that were built by someone who had not read the policy, then rebuilding the campaigns that were disapproved because of them.
03
Education and trainingThe gap between an enquiry and an enrolment is weeks, sometimes a whole admission cycle. Optimising to the form fill flatters the report and starves the institute, because the cheap leads are almost never the ones that enrol. The job is getting the enrolment back into the platform as an offline conversion so bidding learns from admissions rather than from enquiries, and reporting cost per admission alongside cost per lead.
04
Travel and tourismDemand is seasonal and the consideration window is long, so an account judged on this month's conversions will be switched off in exactly the month it should be building. Search intent splits sharply between inspiration and booking, and those two deserve different campaigns, different budgets and different definitions of success.
05
eCommerce, D2C, food and giftingFeed quality decides Shopping and Performance Max performance more than bidding does, and a neglected product feed is the single most common thing we find when we audit a store. Beyond that it is margin arithmetic: blended cost of acquisition against contribution margin, not platform ROAS, which counts the same sale twice often enough to be dangerous.
06
Local, home services and real estateWon on the map pack, call tracking and review velocity long before they are won on a website. The honest advice here is often that a Google Business Profile, consistent citations and a steady flow of real reviews are worth more of a month's effort than the ad account is — which is not a popular thing for an agency to say, because there is no retainer in it.

(04) — Due diligence

How to read any
agency portfolio.

Including this one. If you are comparing three or four agencies this week, these six questions will separate them faster than the decks will — and they are more useful to you than another paragraph about us.

01
A percentage without a baseline is decoration"Increased traffic 300%" from a hundred visits is three hundred visits. Ask what the starting number was, over what period, and what else changed in the business at the same time. Most published case studies cannot answer the second and third questions.
02
Look for the counterfactualRevenue going up while ad spend goes up is not a result; it is arithmetic. The question worth asking is what would have happened anyway. Agencies that run geo holdouts or incrementality tests will tell you about them, because it is expensive to do and worth bragging about.
03
A logo wall is not a client listThere is no verification on a logo. Ask which of them are current, which are on retainer rather than a one-off project three years ago, and whether you may speak to two. The answer to the last one is the informative part.
04
Check whether the work is still liveLook the client up. Is the site still running, still ranking, still advertising? Portfolio entries quietly outlive the relationships that produced them, on every agency site including the ones that outrank this page.
05
Ask what they were hired to fix"We built their website" and "we recovered their account after a manual action" are different jobs that look identical in a grid. The second is harder and tells you far more about whether an agency can handle a problem.
06
Sector concentration beats sector breadthThirteen industries on a filter bar looks impressive and means little. What matters is whether the agency has real depth in a category shaped like yours — regulated, considered purchase, local footfall, or feed-driven retail. Breadth is easy to accumulate and hard to be good at.
Six more questions, and when we are the wrong agency

(05) — What happens

What a project
actually looks like.

Four shapes cover almost everything on this page. Whichever one yours is, the sequence starts the same way: an audit before any advice, then a written plan with numbers in it, before a retainer starts.

01
A campaign engagementAudit before advice, then a written plan with numbers in it, then build and instrumentation — including call and WhatsApp tracking where the market needs it. Month one is about gathering signal rather than hitting targets. From month three it is weekly search-term and negative work, rolling creative testing, and monthly reporting against agreed numbers.
02
A website or storeFixed scope, agreed milestones, and a launch that does not break what was already ranking — redirects mapped, tracking carried across, Core Web Vitals measured before and after rather than assumed. A rebuild that loses the old site's rankings is the most expensive kind of success.
03
An appFixed scope against a written specification, built against the store requirements that actually bite — Play targeting deadlines, Android developer verification, the current Xcode SDK floor, and the disclosure rules covering data shared with third-party AI services. Maintenance is budgeted from the start at 15–25% of build cost a year, because the alternative is an app that quietly stops being installable.
04
A remediation jobThe most common engagement we inherit. Broken or double-counted conversion tracking, an account structure that cannot learn, bought links that need disavowing, a Business Profile suspended for a reason nobody documented. Unglamorous, usually the highest-return work in the first ninety days, and the reason we audit before proposing anything.

(06) — In their words

People who pay us,
on the record

The best lead generation company in Delhi I have ever worked with. Their campaigns brought a consistent flow of high-quality leads for our herbal products.
Shivam Pal Founder — Shubh Amrit Veda
Getting quality leads online was something I struggled with for a long time. Then I came across Mind Your Ads, and things really started to improve. Their team redesigned my website, worked on the SEO, and set up PPC campaigns that actually brought in genuine enquiries and customers. What I liked most was that I could actually see the difference in the results, rather than just hearing promises. If you're looking for a digital marketing agency that understands your business and focuses on real growth, I’d definitely recommend Mind Your Ads.
Humaira Shaikh Founder — Skyline Research
I was looking for a digital marketing agency that could actually deliver results, not just show me numbers and reports. After trying a couple of agencies, I decided to work with Mind Your Ads, and the experience has been really good. Before starting anything, their team took the time to understand my business, competitors, and existing online presence. I really liked that they didn’t jump straight into running ads without a proper plan. Within a short period, we started seeing better traffic and, more importantly, more relevant and qualified leads. A professional and reliable team that genuinely focuses on growing your business.
Shobha Director — Book Vietnam Holiday
I’ve worked with a few agencies before, but my experience with Mind Your Ads has been much better. They actually took the time to understand my business and what I wanted to achieve instead of suggesting the same strategy for everyone. Their team helped us improve the website, worked on SEO, and managed our paid campaigns. What I appreciate most is how responsive and straightforward they are. They’re honest about what’s working, what needs improvement, and are always available when we need support. Overall, a reliable team and a great choice if you’re looking for a digital marketing company for the long term.
Cesar Duenas Sales Manager — Vrismeta Communication
Managing our web development and Google Ads for over a year. Campaigns are always optimised, reporting is transparent, and lead quality improves month over month.
Bhupender Singh Sales Manager — Stock Wyse
We hired Mind Your Ads mainly to handle our social media marketing, and the experience has been really positive. Their team took the time to understand our business and what kind of customers we wanted to reach. Within a few weeks, we noticed better engagement and, more importantly, an increase in genuine enquiries. Communication has also been smooth, and their strategies feel practical rather than just focused on likes and followers. If you’re looking for a dependable social media marketing agency that focuses on real business results, Mind Your Ads is definitely worth considering.

About this page

Why are there no results or percentages on this page?
Because a number without a baseline, a time window and a note on what else changed is not evidence, and we are not willing to publish a client's commercial figures without their written permission — which most clients in finance and trading will not give. What we can offer instead is checkable: the clients are named rather than described, our pricing is published on every service page, our Google Partner status is verifiable in Google's own directory, and we will introduce you to current clients on request.
Can I speak to one of your clients?
Yes. Ask on the first call, tell us which sector you are in, and we will introduce you to a client in a comparable category — subject to them agreeing, which is their decision and not ours. A reference conversation you arrange yourself is worth more than any case study we could write.
Are all of these still clients?
No, and no agency's portfolio is. Some are long-running retainers, some were fixed-scope projects that finished years ago and did not need renewing. Ask us which is which for any entry here and you will get a straight answer — including the ones that ended because it was not working.
What does the service tag on each card mean?
It is the work we actually did for that client, not everything we offer. Roughly half the book involved paid media and roughly half involved building or rebuilding a site, with a good number of entries involving both. It is deliberately coarse, because a tag is not a scope document.
Why is finance and trading so heavily represented?
Partly history and partly referral — the category talks to itself. It is a demanding one: restricted on both Google and Meta, mandatory advertiser verification, expensive auctions, and lead quality that matters far more than lead volume. If your business is in a regulated category, that concentration is the most useful thing on this page.
Do you work with competitors in the same sector?
Not in the same city and the same category without telling both parties first. Where a conflict is real we will say so before taking the second account, even when that costs us the work. Where it is not — a Delhi clinic and a Hyderabad clinic are not competing — we will explain why we think that and let you decide.
Can I see the actual work, not just a name?
Most entries here are shown as screenshots rather than links. If there is a specific one you want to look at properly, ask and we will point you at it or walk you through the account structure on a call. Live account walkthroughs are more informative than a homepage screenshot anyway.
Do you have work in my city?
Probably. Most of the book is Delhi NCR, with work across the cities linked at the bottom of this page and clients in the United States run from our Auburn, Washington office. Local search is won city by city, which is why each of those pages covers the actual commercial districts and competition rather than the same text with the name swapped.
How long does a project usually take?
Campaign engagements start producing enquiries within days of launch and take four to eight weeks for cost per lead to settle. Websites typically run four to ten weeks depending on scope and how quickly content and approvals come back. Apps are months, not weeks, and we will say so in the proposal rather than after you have signed.
What would make you turn down a project?
Unit economics that do not work yet, a media budget below roughly ₹30,000 a month where automated bidding cannot learn, a request for guaranteed rankings, or anything that puts a client's domain or ad account at risk to hit a short-term number. We would rather lose the enquiry than the six months.
